With a desire to answer the call of God on their lives and a heart for the community around them, Ps Phil & Julie planted C3 Tuggerah in 1996 with a young family and a small team by their side.
28 years on, their passion to see souls saved, lives transformed and hearts healed is stronger than ever. With apostolic and prophetic giftings, Ps Phil and Julie minister from the heart and love to see people reach their full potential and God-calling.
